The cycles of nature teach us that life changes, and as we grow, we too find ways to adjust and heal. Yet life can get tough, we struggle to maintain meaningful relationships and to understand our rightful place in the world.
Below our anxiety and confusion we all yearn for deep connection, doing good work and feeling alive. Bringing mindfulness and attention to the patterns of our mind and bodies, exploring ancestral bonds and deepening our relationship to the cycles of nature allows us to bring light to some of the aspects in ourselves that we haven't seen, or wanted to hide from. Caring for the wounded places we learn who we really are and what we have to tend to so we can build a meaningful life.

I work with young women and adults, drawing from mindfulness, somatic body awareness, ancestral systems and earth based wisdom. Folks I work with feel empowered clarity, aliveness and experience a re-connection to self and others
