"Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?" Mary Oliver
What a journey to walk this Earth!
At times the path becomes unclear, we may find ourselves in confusion, numbing out, experiencing heartache and isolation, not knowing how to take the next steps forward. Life's initiations can be incredibly painful, leaving us stuck with inherited wounds, habitual patterns and identities.
Too often we forget that we were not made to walk it alone, that instead we firmly belong in community and to Nature. Together we learn to meet life’s transitions with all that it takes to turn the difficulties into medicine, to remind ourselves who we truly are and encourage each other to share the gifts we bring. This is what makes us strong, alive and allows us to walk in beauty
Easier said than done? In my experience it takes a lifetime, and yet there are nature-based ways, infused with my psychotherapy background, training in Mindfulness and Family Constellation, that offer real opportunities to claim a path of health and wisdom, learning to live and to die to our outgrown live stages.
