What a journey it is to walk this Earth.
Life’s initiations can be incredibly painful, leaving us caught in inherited wounds, familiar patterns, and identities that no longer fit. At times the path becomes unclear—we find ourselves in confusion, numbing, heartache, or isolation, not knowing how to take the next step. Too often we forget we’re not meant to walk this alone—that we belong to community and to the living world. Together, we meet life’s transitions as they are, staying with them long enough for something meaningful to take shape, and supporting each other to live and share what is ours to bring. This is not quick work, it unfolds over time. My approach is grounded in nature-based practice, shaped by years of guiding, counseling, and mindfulness. Together, we make space for what is changing and support the slow work of letting go, growing up, and living what is true now. |
