I call Colorado and Germany home - After working and living in many countries and learning to speak three languages, I settled in Colorado as my birthplace and chosen home. My German family and upbringing in the black forest continue to deeply shape who I am.
I enjoy beauty making - as a singer, dancer and occasional artist I find joy and freedom in the creative expressions
Walking the human journey - As a Rites of Passage guide I walk with deep commitment and care for life's transitions and initiations. My understanding of the underground passages arises from lived experiences and a humbling commitment to being fully human
Ancestral healing - My German heritage has contributed to a deep interest in working with inter-generational and collective trauma, calling me to respond with fresh insights to current challenges and inherited systems.
Nature- based somatic focus - For me a core wounding of our time is 'the lie of our separation'. Including the wisdom of the seasons, nature as a mirror and somatic expression in my work is a way to cultivate inner trust, rewilding, and liberated expression.
